'In the spring of 2018, I drafted conduct guidelines and reporting policies for an educational organization. I also designed a form that they used to collect reports. Both the policies and forms underwent multiple public comment periods. The form itself was subject to iteration through a number of user experience studies. The end result was a form and a process that balancing conflicting requirements, a broad range of stakeholders, and that involved a profound sensitivity to context.
