Multidisciplinary approach

I start my work by focusing on process. A robust plan is key to moving forward with attention and care. A strong grounding in best analysis of data allows for spontaneity, improvisation, and creativity. A toolbox of diverse tactics allows for decisive action in unknown an unforeseen circumstances.

Every problem and challenge is unique. Complicated questions often require specific, tailored answers. In order to be able address a variety of situations, I draw on range of frameworks and methodologies to find the right process that will lead to the right solution.

Research informed insight

The world is not always as it appears. What seems like common sense sometimes leads to disastrous outcomes. Research provides the opportunity to identify new opportunities and to mitigate risks.

Data alone cannot provide solutions. Drawing on robust research methods and analysis, I strive to help organizations understand where data comes from and how it can be used. I have found that data can lead to produce optimal solutions only when it is engaged with sensitivity and attentiveness.

Measurable and sustainable outcomes

The initial design and implementation of a project is only the beginning. Creating targeted and effective metrics allows organizations to know how successful a project has been and when change might be needed.

Creating the infrastructure for measuring outcomes starts long before a product or service launches. Identifying points of feedback and performance indicators should play a key role in the design process. Consequently, I aim to bring an attention of sustainability and metrics to every stage of my process.
